HCIS Security Fencing Works in the Eastern Province

West Velocity fabricates and installs perimeter and separation security fence systems for industrial facilities that fall under the High Commission for Industrial Security (HCIS). We build fence Category 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 as called for in the facility's security classification and the project drawings, including the security fencing directive commonly referenced as SEC-02.

Scope typically includes site survey and setting out, excavation and concrete foundations, posts and bracing, chain link or welded mesh fabric, anti-climb and anti-cut mesh where specified, barbed tape concertina and outriggers, separation fences between zones, vehicle and pedestrian gates, grounding, and the patrol road and clear zone interface. Steel is fabricated in our own workshop, hot-dip galvanised or coated to the specification, and installed by our own crews.

We serve plants, tank farms, substations, warehouses and utilities in Jubail Industrial City, Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran. Each job is quoted from the drawings and bill of quantities, with inspection and handover documents prepared for the client's security department.
