High density polyethylene (HDPE) lining gives a durable, chemical-resistant barrier for holding water and other liquids. West Velocity supplies and installs HDPE liners for evaporation and irrigation ponds, water and fire-water tanks, tank farm bunds and secondary containment, landfill cells, sewage and treatment lagoons, canals and decorative lakes.
We prepare and compact the subgrade, lay geotextile protection where specified, deploy the liner panels, and join them by hot wedge welding with extrusion welding at details, pipe penetrations and corners. Seams are tested by air pressure and vacuum box, with destructive samples where the specification requires, and the liner is anchored in a trench and handed over with a test record.
Liner thickness, typically 1.0 to 2.5 mm, is chosen for the application. We serve industrial plants, farms, municipalities and contractors in Jubail, Dammam, Khobar and Dhahran.
